Who we share it with

How long we keep it
5.1 Enquiries that do not lead to a sale are kept for up to two years so that we can respond if you come back to us, then deleted.
5.2 Where a purchase completes, we keep transaction records for the periods required by tax, anti money laundering and property law, which is normally six years from completion and longer for title documents.
